Our NSW branch spans 18 acres with over 5,000 square meters under roof, operating 24/5 and 12 hours on weekends. Our purpose-built facility houses ten specialised component assembly bays, three machine rebuild bays, and a self-draining strip bay, complemented by an internal component wash bay. We offer dedicated areas for hydraulic overhauls, featuring a cutting-edge Tuxco Cylinder Bench capable of handling cylinders up to 36 feet in length with a remarkable 66,000 ft-lb nut cracking capacity. Supported by fourteen overhead cranes, our workshops ensure smooth equipment handling for seamless operations with an expansion starting in late 2024, at the core of this expansion is the acquisition of an additional 10 acres of prime land, a move that will significantly enhance our capabilities.
This expansion comes at a juncture where our commitment to excellence is not only evident in the broadened scope of services but also in the tangible investments we are making for a sustainable and robust future. Upon the completion of the development in September 2024, we will be handed the keys to an additional 10 acres. This presents a unique opportunity for Complete Parts to not only consolidate our recent advancements but also to chart a course for further growth and development. The expansion will seamlessly integrate into our existing facilities, providing the canvas for new state-of-the-art structures and cutting-edge technologies.
Mackay represents our latest expansion, joining our esteemed family of facilities. Encompassing approximately 7,500 square meters, with 2,000 square meters under roof, this meticulously designed location operates for 12 hours a day, five days a week. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the setup of this facility, which includes a Tuxco Cylinder bench, five component assembly bays, one machine rebuild bay, and dedicated paint and fabrication bays.
We have transformed this space to replicate what we built in Singleton. Implementing the same systems and process that have provided our business success for the past 12 years, Mackay provides the same exceptional quality and service that our customers are accustomed to and expect from us. We have invested in creating an environment that aligns with our commitment to excellence and ensures that our customers receive nothing but the best.
Our Western Australian branch operates from Welshpool and forms a key part of Complete Parts and Equipment Solutions’ national footprint. The facility encompasses approximately 2,000 square metres under roof and has been purpose-built to support high-quality component rebuilds, fast turnaround times, and consistent delivery to OEM standards.
The workshop houses six dedicated component assembly bays, a machine rebuild bay, and a fully equipped strip bay featuring an internal hot wash and a strip grid designed to safely contain and capture all fluids. Dedicated paint and fabrication bays support end-to-end rebuild capability, while a Tuxco Cylinder Bench allows the team to efficiently overhaul hydraulic cylinders in line with our national processes.
Operating Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm, with the flexibility to extend hours when customer requirements demand, the Perth team is focused on responsiveness, efficiency, and reliability. The facility mirrors the systems, workflow, and quality controls established across our Singleton and Mackay branches, ensuring every component meets the high standards our customers expect from Complete Parts.
As our national presence continues to grow, so does our ability to support customers wherever they operate. With inventory of OEM componentry held across all three branches, parts and components can be transferred between Singleton, Mackay, and Perth to maximise availability, reduce downtime, and deliver the right solution when it’s needed most.
