During this time, he has gained a broad range experience as well as a vast contact network to assist customers with hard to find parts and components. Ryan gained experience in a range of roles including BDM, Mining Support Rep and Account manager supporting Tier 1 through to Contractors.

Mark began his mining career as a mature age apprentice Plant Mechanic at Westrac, eventually securing a Field Service position at Mt Thorley. Over 8 years at Glencore Ravensworth, he progressed from a crew position to Teir 1 planner for the Cat 6090 & 6060 fleet. Mark then served as Maintenance Superintendent at Emeco Rental for the Hunter Valley region, overseeing operations at customer sites and standalone workshops. Since joining Empire Machinery in June 2022, he has excelled as the Operation and Maintenance Manager, showcasing a calculated approach, empathetic personality, and open-mindedness.

A seasoned Fitter and Tuner with a diverse background spanning various industries, including Sugar, Rail, and Mining. Over the last 12 years, he has dedicated his skills and expertise to Hitachi, initially as a tradesman in the workshop. Shane’s journey has seen him climb the career ladder, transitioning from workshop roles to becoming a workshop leader, project coordinator, and ultimately assuming the position of Service Manager. Throughout his tenure, Shane developed a wealth of experience in people and contract management, showcasing his exceptional abilities in customer engagement..

  • The Singleton workplace is on 8 acres with 5,000sqm under roof.
  • Operate across 24 hours / five days a week and weekends as required.
